Job Summary:

3way Marketing is seeking a Call Centre Agent (Warm Up/Lead Generation) in the Insurance Industry to join their Randburg team.

The role involves handling customer inquiries telephonically, providing accurate product and service information, verifying/authenticating client details, adhering to compliance and regulatory requirements, and escalating/refer queries/calls to the relevant department for action.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 months of experience in lead generation within a call centre environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in an efficient manner.
  • Verify/authenticate client details.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Research information using available resources.
  • Update customer personal information.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Provide ad hoc assistance to the contact centre team.

Requirements:

  • 3 months or more of call centre experience in lead generation (telephonic).
  • Grade 12 qualification is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is an advantage.
  • Data-entry experience and good typing skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in call centre telephony and technology is an advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Randburg, Johannesburg, Gauteng before starting work (Required)
